Version 2.1

I was very recently made aware of a confusing typo that called the Recover skill "Rest" when you learn it, so I've now remedied that!
While I was at it I also made it possible to skip the intro altogether through the pause menu, fixed a possible glitch with restarting after beating the boss, and slightly tweaked encounter rates.
